    • Available for orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday).
    • Cost: £12.99
Delivery Restrictions
  • We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
  • Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Tracking Your Order

Failed Deliveries
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or absence of the recipient, the courier may charge an additional fee for redelivery. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

  2. Shipping Your Return
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • Use a tracked service to ensure the safe return of the product. XOOSEL LIMITED is not responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact support@liftmagic.co.uk to arrange an exchange.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping.
